Girls Basketball:  Warriors Win In Overtime

The SHS Girls’ Basketball team recorded a 51-45 win in overtime Tuesday at Rockford Christian.

Sterling was led in scoring by Stephanie Kester with 12 points. Ashli King added 11.

Sterling outscored RC 9-3 in overtime after the score was tied at 42 at the end of regulation.

Next Up:  The Golden Warriors (13-11, 4-2) host Ottawa (16-4, 5-1) in a NIB-12 matchup Thursday (1/26) at Musgrove Fieldhouse.
