Boys Swimming:  Warriors Second in Triangular

The SHS Boys Swimming and Diving team placed second in a triangular with Morris and DeKalb Wednesday in Morris.  DeKalb took top honors with 133 points, followed by the Golden Warriors with 108 and Morris with 83.

The meet was held at Morris High School, which is a 25 short course meter pool. This means that all of the Warriors races were a little longer than normal. The team had several first place finishes, including both the 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay. Both of those relay teams are made up of Michael Fassler, Keanu Interone, Keaton Dir and Michael Schneiderbauer.

Next Up:  The Golden Warriors travel to Aurora Saturday for a duel with the Illinois Math and Science Academy.  Action begins at 11:00 a.m.
