Girls Bowling:  Granzow Leads Warriors Past Streator

Junior Amber Granzow rolled a 689 series in leading the SHS Girls’ Bowling team to a 3240-2668 NIB-12 win at Streator Wednesday.  The Golden Warriors won all three games, sweeping all 14 conference points.

Granzow’s effort included games of 267 and 233.  Heather Wolf was next for the Warriors with a 590 series, which included games of 206 and 201.

Of the 112 conference points possible so far this season, Sterling has earned 94.

Next Up:  The Golden Warriors host Sycamore in a make-up match Thursday (1/19) at Blackhawk Lanes.  Action begins at 4:00 p.m.
