Indoor Track: Boys 6th, Girls 7th at Sterling Indoor Invite
The SHS Girls’ and Boys’ Track and Field teams hosted the Sterling Indoor Invitational Saturday at Westwood. The Golden Warrior girls placed 7th with 28.83 points, while the boys were 6th with 38. 10 teams competed in each division. Rock Falls won the girls team title with 99 points. United Township captured the boys title with 116.
Next Up: The girls compete at the Rock Island JV Invite Tuesday (3/29), while the boys take on Ottawa and St. Bede in a triangular Tuesday in Ottawa.
