Boys Golf: Warriors Continue Strong Play, Rout Streator

Nathan and Andy Blackburn lead the SHS Boys’ Golf team to an easy NIB-12 win over Streator Tuesday at Emerald Hill. The Blackburn's (not brothers) both shot 35s, as the Warriors shot a season low 146 and won by 20 strokes.

Following the Blackburn’s for Sterling were Drake Mellott (37), Sawyer Schrader (39), Patrick Petrosky (40), Anthony Yarbrough (42) and Trevor Hall (53.)

Sterling is now 7-0 overall and 2-0 in the NIB-12

Next Up: The Warriors host Kaneland for a NIB-12 duel Thursday (9/2) at Emerald Hill.
