Boys Golf:  Warriors 6th at Geneseo Invite

The SHS Boys’ Golf team shot a solid round of 311 and finished sixth at the 20-team Geneseo Invitational Saturday.  Galesburg took first place with a 301.

Sterling junior Nathan Blackburn shot a one-over-par 73 at Maple Bluff Golf Course.  Dixon’s Mitch Homb claimed the individual championship with 69.
