Girls Cross Country:  Warriors Second to Moline In Quadrangular

The SHS Girls Cross Country team got past Rock Island and United Township, but not Moline in a quadrangular held at Hoover Park in Sterling on Tuesday (9/25.)

Moline tallied 20 points, followed by Sterling at 43, UT at 89 and Rocky with 90.

Sterling’s top finisher was Ceara Campos in fifth place (20:38), with Carissa Apperson taking sixth (20:39) and Kathryn Gehrke ninth (21:32)

Moline’s Aisha Praught claimed medalist honors in a time of 19:21.
