Girls Cross Country Third at Galesburg Invite

The SHS Girls Cross Country team recorded a solid third place effort at the eight-team Galesburg Invitational on Saturday (9/1.) Sterling ended up with a team score of 85. Alleman took first place with 53, with Geneseo coming in second with 69

Sterling’s top two finishers were sophomore Carissa Apperson (7th place, 20:16) and junior Kathryn Gericke (10th place, 21:24.)
