Girls Cross County Takes Down Dixon, LP

The SHS Girls Cross Country team raced to an easy triangular win over Dixon and LaSalle Peru at Sauk Valley College on September 5.

Sterling took five of the top six places overall, recording a near perfect score of 19. Dixon was a distant second with 47, LaSalle Peru third at 113. Sterling’s Devon Carbaugh earned medallist honors with a time of 21:17.
